OUR TRAINING
ACADEMY
Led by Camino Group’s Learning and Development Director Tina De Munnik, our bi-annual training academies consist of a rigorous 3-week course followed by a 6-month development program to equip new consultants with all of the necessary skills to succeed.
From advancing recruitment strategies through to technical and sector specific training, our comprehensive approach and continued support is the perfect place to kick-start your recruitment career or further your existing consultant skillset.
